Client Managers are assigned to each client

  • A “How the scheme works “presentation is done once the client is signed on.
  • All enrollees are ensured to be duly registered by collecting all the forms and getting their names into the database.

I.D cards are delivered to them before the effective date of enrollment.

  • A follow up is done within the first two weeks of coverage to ensure a hitch free take-off
  • Contacts are maintained with clients via visits, telephone calls,e-mails at least once in 2 weeks
  • Grievances are identified and addressed within 48hrs and communicated to the contact person.

Set up a liaison committee meeting with the HR, union representative, and the client manager for continuous process improvement.

Reconciliation of list is done monthly to update the names we have in the database.

Preventive Programmes

  • Health Talks topics for the year are given to clients and dates are fixed when this programmes will be carried out.
