4. Gynaecological investigations relation to infertility; I.V.F, G.I.F.T and artificial insemination; And virility enhancing drugs

5. Herbal drugs and non-prescription drugs/food supplements

6. Dental Care other than listed listed in plans

7. Embalmment and autopsies

8. Joint replacements and prosthetic limbs

9. Long term psychiatric institutionalization

10. Treatment for newborns not registered on the Plan within 2 weeks of birth
